The Twyford has been a successful receipient of Round 8 Live Music Australia funding, to pay artists to present performances of live, original Australian contemporary music in our new $9.4 million 199 tiered-seat Theatre venue in 2025. The new venue develops our capacity to present top-quality original music with state-of-the-art sound and lighting, and to record/stream one selected performance using local professional camera operators to enhance the skills of our technical staff and enable artists to reach a wider Australian audience.
Registration for the 2025 program have now closed and all applicants have been advised. Below are the 2025-2026 events.
