Submitting a venue hire enquiry allows us to check if our venue will be available/suitable for your event.
We will provide you an email quote including any additional equipment, staff and venue services.
We will then send you a Hire Agreement (for venue hires only) or an MOU (for artist buy-ins).
Your booking is only confirmed once you have:
- signed a Hire Agreement, or an MOU and
- provided a copy of your certificate of currency for your public liability insurance to cover the hire period and
- paid any agreed upfront fees/bond for your event
By signing the agreement, the Hirer / Producer agrees to abide by the General Terms & Conditions, as well as any specific conditions listed in your Hire Agreement or MOU schedule. Please ensure you have read these before signing and returning to the Twyford.
