Submitting a venue hire enquiry allows us to check whether the venue is available and suitable for your event.
We’ll then provide a quote outlining the hire costs and any additional equipment, staffing or venue services required.
If you decide to proceed, we’ll provide a Hire Agreement for venue hire or a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for artist buy-ins.
Your booking is confirmed once you have:
- signed and returned your Hire Agreement or MOU
- provided a current certificate of currency for public liability insurance covering the hire period
- paid any agreed upfront fees or bond.

Any specific conditions relating to your booking will be included in your Hire Agreement or MOU.
