Complete the Venue Hire Enquiry form below – once you click the SUBMIT button at the bottom, you should see a green message on the screen confirming your email has been sent, and you should receive a copy of your enquiry via email for your own records – this email is NOT a confirmation of your booking. If you see an error message on the screen after clicking SUBMIT, please correct the fields on the form and click the SUBMIT button again. If you don’t receive an email copy of your request back, or you don’t receive a reply from the Venue Manager within 3 business days, please contact us directly. The Manager will contact you to discuss any further details with you. You will then be sent a Hire Agreement or MOU to sign including any agreed fees to be paid before your booking can be confirmed.
