- Check Venue facilities and pricing
- Complete the Hire Request Form
- Sign the Hire Agreement sent to you by the Venue Manager
- Email it back with a copy of your public liability ($20m) insurance certificate of currency
- Pay your invoice
- Attend induction and key handover
