- CANNOLI (Sicilian Cannoli) – Crispy pastry shell filled with sweet ricotta cream
- FRUIT TARLET (Mini Fruit Tart) – Buttery tart base with custard cream and fresh fruit
- CAPRESE CAKE (Chocolate & Almond Cake) – Flourless Italian cake made with chocolate and almonds
- ALMOND PASTE COOKIE (Pasta di Mandorle) – Traditional chewy almond biscuit (GF)

- SPINACH & RICOTTA PUFF PASTRY BITE – Flaky pastry filled with creamy ricotta and spinach
