Calling local musicians who play original Australian music!
The next round of our Live At the Twyford program is happening in 2025 thanks to funding support from Live Music Australia, an Australian Government initiative. Live Music Australia was established to fund live music venues, festivals and organisations that support quality original Australian live music.

If you’re an artist or band with an original Australian music set who’d love to perform in our venue, please register by 25 April 2025.
Eligibility
You must be resident in the NSW South East region to apply (Bega Valley, Eurobodalla, Snowy Monaro). If you’re under 18, a parent/guardian, producer or agent over the age of 18 must apply on your behalf, for contractual reasons.
We particularly encourage applications from female identifying artists, First Nations artists, LGBTQIA+ Artists, artists with a Disability and artists who are Culturally and Linguistically Diverse.
If you can play at least an hour of mostly original Australian music (ie music written by you or written exclusively for you), you are eligible to apply. If you can only play 25-30 minutes of mostly original music, you can apply to be a support act – please indicate this in your application.
“Mostly” means at least 75% of your performance.
How to apply
Complete the form below by 25 April 2025, providing as much detail as you can. We need to be able to see/hear at least one of your original tracks. If you have any questions please contact us.
Accessibility
For artists: the Stage door on Market St provides ramp access to both the Theatre and Hall stages and an accessible dressing room and unisex bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. More on accessibility in our venue here.
What Happens Next
This is a competitive program. Not all applications may be successful. Up to 12 acts will be selected. Preference is given to artists that have not yet received funding under our program, but previously-supported artists are also welcome to apply. All applicants will be informed of the outcome by email by the end of April.
If you are unsuccessful in this round, you can still contact us about venue hire for a gig, or apply again in a future round.
