Now in its 4th year, the Far South Film Festival celebrates the work of regional film makers from around Australia, including from our very own south east region! Presented by Far South Film Inc, an association of film makers and screen creatives from Southeast NSW.
Session 1 @ 10.30am – 11.55am Film Screening – Watch 7 short films at Picture Show Man Cinema
Session 2 @ 12:15 – 1:15pm Q&A with the Film Makers at Picture Show Man Cinema
Session 3 @ 2:00pm – 3:15pm Watch another 7 short films at Picture Show Man Cinema
The festival then moves to The Twyford mid afternoon…
Session 4 @ 3.45 – 5.15pm at The Twyford: Another fascinating Q&A with the maker of the film Cry of the Glossy and other special guests at The Twyford who will ponder the question “Can Films Make A Difference – Impact Films“. Can films help to instigate social and environmental change where other methods have failed to gain traction? Join us and be ready to ask your own questions of our panel!
Session 5 @ 5:15 – 6.00pm at The Twyford: Meet & Greet session at The Twyford where you can mingle and network with filmmakers and other film fans over drinks and finger food.
Session 6 @ 6.00 – 6.30pm at The Twyford: The final session of the day, the Festival Awards Ceremony. Join in the excitement as the winners of the Best Film and other prize categories are announced! (Vote for the People’s Choice Award before midnight!)
