Register by 25 April 2025
for our Live At The Twyford Program by completing the form below, providing as much detail as possible. If you have any questions please contact us.
How It Works
Selected acts will be paid a performance fee. You need to ensure that your performance fee proposal includes:
- Wages and allowances for musicians in line with the Live Performance Award (Musicians) from bump in to bump out (minimum 3 hour call) – this generally works out at more than the $250 Musicians Union minimum, depending on the composition of your act
- A performer premium
- Fees to cover producer/agent, if they are applying on the musicians’ behalf
- Superannuation if applicable (not applicable to company/trusts/partnerships)
- Meal costs and local travel, if applicable
Your performance fee is guaranteed regardless of how many tickets are sold.
The Twyford retains all ticket sales to cover costs and to sustain future Live At The Twyford programs.
Preference will be given to artists who have not yet been supported under the Live At The Twyford program, but previous artists are welcome to apply. Tell us about your act!
Please note: Not all applicants may be selected. If you are unsuccessful for this round, you can still contact us about a venue hire for a gig, or apply in a future round.
The Live At The Twyford program provides you with:
- photos of your performance to use in your press kit
- free marketing on our website, social media, media release to local radio & newspapers, tourism sites, posters
